Maestros Football Academy is a premier football training academy based in Abu Dhabi, dedicated to providing young players with the highest level coaching and training programs. Our mission is to help players of all skill levels improve their game and reach their full potential.
Our coaching staff is led by experienced professionals who have played and coached at the highest levels of the sport. We use a proven training methodology that emphasizes technical proficiency, tactical awareness, and mental toughness, helping our players develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed on the field.
At Maestros Football Academy, we offer a range of training programs to suit players of all ages and skill levels. From our Mini Maestros program for young beginners, to our Elite Development program for advanced players, we have something to offer everyone. We also offer specialized programs such as goalkeeper training and strength and conditioning.
We take pride in our track record of success, with many of our players representing their schools teams and given opportunities to play at professional levels. But we believe that success is about more than just winning games – it's about instilling a love of the game, fostering a competitive spirit, and developing the whole player.
Our Story
Maestros Football Academy was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2022 by Luke Appleton and Josh Stanford through their passion for coaching and developing young talent. They recognized the need for a high-quality football training program in the region, and set out to create an academy that would provide young players with the skills and confidence they needed to succeed on the field.
Since our founding, Maestros Football Academy has grown into one of the most respected football training academies in the region, with a reputation for excellence both on and off the field. We have helped countless players of all ages and skill levels achieve their goals, whether that's improving their game, earning a spot on a school team, or even going on to play professionally.
Our success is rooted in our football coaching philosophy, which emphasizes technical proficiency, tactical awareness, and mental toughness. We believe that football is not just a physical game, but also a mental one, and our training programs are designed to help players develop the mental toughness and resilience they need to succeed in all areas of their lives.
