Our Development Program welcomes players aged 4 to 16 who are passionate about honing their football skills and enhancing their fitness levels at an elite football academy in Abu Dhabi. This initiative is tailored to nurture emerging talents by placing a strong emphasis on refining individual techniques, game tactics, and strategic thinking, all while introducing players to various positions and the importance of teamwork.
What sets the Maestros Football Academy apart is its commitment to personalized training sessions. Our dedicated coaches continuously assess players throughout the season, identifying their unique strengths and areas that need improvement.
Participants can choose to train once or twice a week and engage in friendly yet competitive matches throughout the season. The training program encompasses:

An exciting prospect for all Maestros Football Academy Development squad players is the potential invitation to join the Advanced Development program. Those selected may need to increase their training frequency, sometimes at alternative locations, and become part of competitive leagues and tournaments, both at the local and international levels.
