GIRLS PROGRAM

Our Girls Program welcomes players aged 5 to 16 who are eager to develop their football skills in a supportive and inspiring environment at our elite football academy in Abu Dhabi. This initiative is designed to empower young female athletes by focusing on technical growth, tactical understanding, and overall confidence, all while fostering a love for the game.

What sets the Maestros Girls Program apart is its emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere. Our dedicated coaches monitor each player’s progress throughout the season, ensuring training sessions are tailored to their strengths and development needs.

Participants can choose to train once or twice a week, with regular opportunities for small-sided games and match play designed to reinforce teamwork and decision-making. The program highlights:

1. Developing core technical skills and ball mastery

2. Introducing tactical awareness through small-sided games

3. Building confidence, leadership, and communication on and off the pitch

4. Encouraging teamwork and respect in a supportive setting

A key benefit for girls in this program is the clear pathway into Development and Competitive squads. Talented players may be invited to trial for advanced squads and participate in leagues and tournaments, providing further opportunities to challenge themselves and progress.
